加味八珍汤对低CD_4人群的临床干预研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味八珍汤对低CD4患者免疫功能的影响。方法:收集低CD4受试者156例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上服用中药加味八珍汤,疗程3个月。观察两组治疗前后血液中CD4、CD8数值及血常规。结果:治疗后治疗组患者CD4以及CD4/CD8比值较对照组明显升高,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味八珍汤可提高患者外周血CD4及CD4/CD8值,增强患者免疫功能。Objective：To explore the effect of JiaWeiBaZhen Decocotion on immune function in patients of low CD4 T lymphocy. Methods：A total of 148 low CDa patients were divided into two groups at random：the control group and the observation group. Patients in the control group were treated with eonventiunal treatwent. Patients in the observation group were given to JiaWeiBa- Zhen Decocotion. The treatment lasted for 12 weeks. Results ：The serum CD4 and CD4/CD8 ratio of observation group were higher than those of control group significantly（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：JiaWeiBaZhen Decoeotion could improve immunological function by regulating the CD4^＋ and CD4^＋/CDs ratio of patients.
