针灸研究领域卫生经济学评价的现状分析

摘　　要：目的:分析针灸研究领域卫生经济学评价的现状。方法:通过对卫生经济学评价方法和针灸领域相关文献的分析,总结卫生经济学评价在针灸领域运用的特点。结果:目前的研究表明国外的研究多于国内的研究;研究质量较高;结果阳性率高;研究内容单一。结论:卫生经济学在针刺领域的研究还有待深入,尤其是国内的研究还需加强。在以后的研究中需对成本的计算,产出的测量,分析与评价等方面给予注意。Objective ：To analyze the current status of the application of health economics analysis in acupuncture researches. Methods ： By analyze health economics methods and relative literatures to summarize characteristics of application of medical economics in the area of acupuncture. Results：The study shows foreign scholars do more researches than domestic scholars with higher quality ; most of the results are positive ; the content of research is monotonous. Conclusion ： The research of the application of health economics in acupuncture should be intensified, especially in China. Attention should be called to the calculation of costs, effective measurement of treatment,assessment and evaluation of result.
