摘  要:目的:观察大蓟醇提物对两肾一夹(2-kidney 1-clip,2K1C)高血压大鼠的影响及其机制。方法:采用2K1C复制肾性高血压大鼠模型,用无创血压测量系统测定给予大蓟醇提物前后大鼠尾动脉压的变化,放射免疫学方法检测血浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ(angiotensinⅡ,AngⅡ)的含量;采用硝酸还原酶法测定血清中一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)含量,Griess化学比色法测定血清中一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide sythase,NOS)活性的变化。结果:与模型组比较,大蓟组(高低剂量组)大鼠血压显著降低;而血清NO、NOS水平显著升高,血浆中AngⅡ的含量降低,差异均有显著性。结论:大蓟对肾性高血压有降压作用。Objective:To observe the role of Daji alcohol extract in two kidney one clip of the antihypertensive effect and its mechanism. Methods :The renal hypertensive rats make a copy of 2 -kidneyl -clip, assay the change of anterior- posterior. Rats caudal arterial pressure on Daji alcohol extract by non - invasive blood pressure measuring system;to detect the content of angiotensin II (Ang II ) in plasma by Radiation immunological methods. The content of nitric oxide(NO) in serum by nitrate reductase method. The activity of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in serum by Griess chemistry colorimetric technique. Results:To contrast analogue group, Daji group( high and low dose group) rats blood pressure is obviously reduced. But the content of NO and NOS in serum are significant step - up. The content of Ang II in blood plasma is reduced. The variance to have significance. Conclusion : Diji has the role in reducing blood pressure on renal hypertension
