无疤玉润烧伤膏治疗烧烫伤的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察无疤玉润烧伤膏对烧烫伤的治疗效果。方法:采用家兔复制烧烫伤模型,观察无疤玉润烧伤膏对深Ⅱ度烫伤、浅Ⅱ度烧伤和Ⅲ度烧伤的影响;结果:创面应用无疤玉润烧伤膏可以缩短家兔深Ⅱ度烫伤、浅Ⅱ度烧伤和Ⅲ度烧伤烧伤创面愈合时间,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);无疤玉润烧伤膏组较对照组病理损害明显减轻,疤痕减少。结论:无疤玉润烧伤膏具有改善烧伤创面皮肤的组织结构、促进创面愈合作用和减少疤痕形成作用。Objective：To study the effects of WuBaYuRun Burns Ointment for promoting burn wound healing. Methods：Using the burn model reproduced with rabbit, the effects of the tested drug on deep second - degree scald, shallow second - degree and third-degree burns were observed. Results ： After the application of the burn unguent, the time for epithelization of the wound was shorter than that of controls（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The pathology damages was alleviated and the scar was decreased than that of controls. Conclusion：WnBaYuRun Burns Ointment can improve tissue structure and promote healing of cutis in the trauma and decrease scar forming.
