摘　　要：矿业城市的转型是包括中国在内很多国家共同面临的问题。针对当前我国矿业城市转型所出现的问题,本文分析了矿业城市对国民经济和社会发展的作用与影响,进行了矿业城市转型重要性认识阶段的划分,研究了矿业城市转型的若干重大问题,并针对这些问题提出转型的发展战略。There are the similar problems that many countries including China face are the transformation of the mining cities. Aiming at the problems that the transformation of the mining cities happened in China, the author analyzes the mining city＇s effects of our national economy and social development, splits into the phase of acquaintance of importance in the transformation of the mining cities, studies on the several significant problems in the transformation, and provides the development strategies of the transformation of the mining cities.
