摘　　要：归纳基于以太网的西门子PLC与二级计算机通信的几种方案。在介绍每种方案的基本原理后,针对常用编程工具在实现过程中可能遇到的问题给出解决办法,并结合马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司的生产实践比较了每种方案的优缺点和适用场合。实际应用表明这些方法简便实用,经过长时间的运行,证明它们可以满足工业生产的要求,对类似项目有一定的借鉴作用。Several schemes of communication between Siemens PLC and level two computer based on Ethernet are summarized, and basic principle of each communication scheme is introduced. Solutions of problems what common programming tools come across in implementing process of communication scheme are given. Advantages, weaknesses and suitable application occasions of all schemes are compared, combining with Masteel＇ s production practice. Application shows that these schemes are simple and practical. Long time running proves that they can meet the requirement of industrial production. For similar projects, they have reference role.
