摘　　要：介绍了高产创建的主要措施和关键技术,即:加强领导,明确责任;加大投入,确保实施;集成高产栽培技术;加强病虫害防控;推进机械化生产;选好用好品种;因地制宜,合理施肥;高度重视播种期间的病虫害防治;千方百计提高耕作整地质量和播种质量,看天看地看苗情搞好冬春季麦田管理。The main measures and key technologies of high-yield creation were introduced, including strengthening leadership and clearing responsibility; increasing investment to ensure implementation; adopting integrated and high-yielding cultivation techniques; enhancing pest disease prevention and control; promoting mechanized production; selecting and use good variety; ra- tionally fertilization according to the local conditions; paying high attention to pest disease control during wheat sowing; trying everything possible to improve the farming and sowing quality, and improving wheat management during winter and spring according to weather, farmland and seedling conditions.
