秤锤树播种繁殖探讨

摘　　要：秤锤树是国家二级保护濒危树种,其种子具有休眠特性,须隔年甚至2 a后才能萌发,从而制约了该树种的迁地保护和开发利用。通过对秤锤树种子进行酸蚀、药剂以及低温层积处理,以寻求促进秤锤树种子萌发的最佳方法。试验结果表明,使用1.84 g/mL的浓硫酸浸泡种子2 d后进行夜浸日晒,再用500 mg/L赤霉酸(GA3)处理,最后进行低温层积处理的种子萌发力最强。Sinojackia xylocarpa Hu is a rare and endangered species in China. Since its seeds have dormancy characteristics to germinate next yearor even in the third year, the species ex-situ conservation and utilization were restricted. We made try to seek the best way to promote germination by etching through the seed, pharmaceutical and cold stratification. The results showed that seeds immersed in 1.84 g/mL of sulfuric acid, 500 mg/L of GA3 and cold stratification had the highest germination ability.
