摘 要:研究无梗五加叶及其不同部分的抗氧化活性,研究其作为食用天然抗氧化剂的可行性。采用DPPH.、ABTS+.自由基及还原性反应体系,利用分光光度法测定无梗五加叶总提液及其不同组分在不同浓度下的抗氧化能力和总酚含量。结果表明:无梗五加叶的不同部分对DPPH.、ABTS+.自由基均具有较强的清除能力,对Fe3+有较强的还原能力,其结果与浓度呈良好的量效关系。30%组分的抗氧化能力最强,在浓度为0.62 mg/mL时,对DPPH.及ABTS+.自由基的最大清除率分别为99.588%、99.387%,与同浓度VC的清除率接近,且其IC50分别为0.024 mg/mL0、.127 mg/mL。测得30%组分的总酚含量最高,为0.567%。无梗五加叶有较好的抗氧化能力,与总酚含量的相关性好,同时该结果也客观地反映了DPPH法、ABTS法及还原性法测定无梗五加叶抗氧化活性的准确性。Study on the antioxidant activity from different parts of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus (Rupr. et Maxim) Seem. It is necessary that we explore it as dietary antioxidants and suggest feasibility suggestion. Using ABTS·^+, DPPH· radical and reducing reaction, determined the antioxidant capacity and the phenolics content of the total extracts and different parts of the plant in different concentrations by spectrophotometric method. The different parts of leaves had the radical scavenging on DPPH. , ABTS ·^+ and reducing power on Fe^3+ significantly. The result showed a good dose-concentration relationship. 30% part has the best antioxidant activities at the concentration of 0.62 mg/mL. This part showed 99. 588% . In the DPPH. radical scavenging; and 99. 387% in the ABTS·^+radical scavenging, while the radical scavenging closed to the same concentration of Vc. The IC50 were 0.024 mg/mL, 0. 127 mg/mL, respectively. The phenolics content of 30% part was highest which was 0.567%. The leaves have a significant antioxidant activity which has a relationship with phenolics content. The result of this paper objectively showed that it was precise to determine the antioxidant activity of polysaccharide from the leaves of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus by DPPH, ABTS and reducing power.
