摘  要:建立了一种基于气相色谱-离子阱二级质谱(GC-MS/MS)同时检测茶叶中亚胺硫磷、噻嗪酮和哒螨灵残留量的方法。样品采用乙腈提取后经活性炭小柱净化,浓缩,定容后上机分析。采用HP-5MS毛细管柱分离,电子轰击电离源二级质谱监测模式检测,外标法定量。方法的线性关系良好(R≥0.9970),最低检出限0.01~0.02 mg/kg,三种农药添加回收率92.0%~105.0%,RSD 3.0%~9.3%。该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,可作为同时测定茶叶中三种农药残留量的方法。A qualitative and quantitative analysis method was developed for determination of buprofezin,phosmet and pyridaben by gas chromatography – ion trap tandem mass spectrometry in tea samples which were extracted and enriched by solid phase extraction.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,purified by activated carbon method,concentrated and constant volume to analyze.In this experiment,HP–5MS capillary column was used to separate,inspective mode electron bombardment ion source MS was adopted to detect,and external reference method was employed to quantify.The result indicated that the linear relationship of the method was favorable with R ≥ 0.9970,and the minimum detectability was 0.01~0.02 mg/kg,with the fortified recovery of 3 pesticides ranged from 92.0% to 105.0%,RSD 3.0%~9.3%.The method was simple,high efficiency and sensitivity for the simultaneous determination of buprofezin,phosmet and pyridaben in tea samples.
