摘  要:采用混料配比的设计方法,研究白灵侧耳(Pleurotus nebrodensis)栽培料的最佳配比。以棉籽壳、麦麸、玉米芯和木屑为主料,以产量和栽培周期为主要考核指标,设计4因素15种配方,分别建立产量、栽培周期与配方的回归方程,确定高产配方为:麸皮27.8%、棉籽壳36.2%、玉米芯19.7%、木屑9.3%时,产量可以达到198.3 g;最短周期配方为:麸皮14.0%、棉籽壳18.5%、玉米芯9.3%、木屑51.2%,预计得到最短周期值是146.5 d。配方验证试验表明,混料设计可用于白灵侧耳栽培配方优化。Mixture design was adopted to optimize the proportion of components in a growth substrate(containing wheat bran,cotton seed hulls,corn cobs and sawdust as the main materials) used for cultivating Pleurotus nebrodensis.A total of 15 different formulae were devised based on variations in the content of the main components,and their efficacy determined by adopting mushroom yield and length of cultivation cycle as the main evaluation indices.Analysis of regression equations linking these two indices and the main substrate components revealed that the optimal formula for maximal mushroom yield was 27.8% wheat bran,36.2% cotton seed hulls,19.7% corn cobs and 9.3% sawdust,and for the shortest cultivation cycle was 14.0% wheat bran,18.5% cotton seed hulls,9.3% corn cobs and 51.2% sawdust.The maximal yield of P.nebrodensis attained was 198.3 g per bag,and the shortest predicted cultivation cycle was 146.5 d.Formula validation tests demonstrated that mixture design can be used effectively to optimize growth substrates for cultivating P.nebrodensis.
