摘 要:从用于暗褐网柄牛肝菌(Phlebopus portentosus)人工栽培的覆土和草炭中分离、纯化出40株细菌,经液体发酵试验和平板试验检测这些菌株对暗褐网柄牛肝菌菌丝生长的影响,筛选出对暗褐网柄牛肝菌菌丝生长有明显促进作用的3株细菌(编号为:T24、T34、C1)。Forty bacterial strains were isolated from the casing soil and peat used for the artificial cultivation of Phlebopus portentosus. P. portentosus mycelia were grown in submerged culture for 4 d and, after inoculation of these cultures with each of the bacterial strains individually, the mycelia biomass was determined after 7 d further incubation. Ten bacterial strains which did not inhibit P. portentosus growth under these conditions were selected for further testing. Suspensions of each of these strains were spread individually over the surface of agar plates and each plate was inoculated with a disc of agar containing P. portentosus mycelium. Myeelial growth rate and density were determined after 20 d incubation and three bacterial strains, T24, T34 and C1, were shown to have a significant promotional effect on the vegetative growth of P. portentosus.
