摘  要:针对东北农作物秸秆还田模式的技术需求,以节能减排、结构简单为理念,设计了2BQX-6型玉米免耕精密播种机。该机采用气吸式精密排种器实现玉米单粒排种;大直面圆盘施肥开沟器深施化肥、波纹圆盘与双圆盘组合播种开沟器播种,完成了种肥分施作业。试验结果表明:播种粒距合格率90.97%,播种深度、施肥深度合格率均为100%。该机作业性能与国外同类产品相当。价格比其降低60%~70%。A new no-till seeder, named 2BQX-6 precision corn seeder, has been developed according to technology requirement of pattern for crop straw returned into the soil in the North-east China. Suction precision feed were used to achieve corn single grain drilling and plain disc were used to open furrow for fertilizing and the double disc coulters were used to open furrow for drilling. The result of field test showed that eligibility percent of spacing seeds, of seed depth and of fertilizer depth were 90.97%, 100%, and 100%, respectively. The operating performance of this machine was equal to the overseas machines'. In particular, the cost was much lower than them, reduced 60%-70%.
