摘　　要：校企合作研发了"ZZQC―5.5型沼气渣清出机",成功解决不用水稀释,直接抽取沼气池底部稠渣和抽排稠渣过程中带纤维物的缠绕和堵塞的难题,有极大的推广和应用前景,本文对该机的结构、原理、技术参数、特点和效益作了分析和介绍。The clearing machine of biogas sludge ZZQC-5.5 was manufactured through the cooperation between colleges and enterprises. This machine resolved the problem of blockage and winding of fibrous materials on the bottom of blomass pool, which occurred in the clearing process of biomass sludge. This paper introduced the structure, mechanism, technique parameter, character and economic benefit of this machine.
