摘 要:为了研究一种高抗蚀、环保型的钢铁防护新工艺,以钛粉、铝粉、羧基聚合物为原料,配制了一种水性涂料,通过热固化处理,在低碳钢表面制成了铝-钛防腐蚀复合涂层,优化得到了最佳工艺:钛粉∶铝粉∶羧基聚合物为1.9∶1.0∶3.1;固化温度200℃,时间50 min。结果显示:以最佳工艺制备的的铝-钛复合层致密,抗冲击力可达500 N.cm;中性盐雾腐蚀时间达480 h以上。本工艺可部分替代现用的电镀锌、电镀镉工艺。Ti powder,Al powder and carboxyl-contain-ing polymer were used as the starting materials to prepare a water-borne paint.Resultant water-borne paint was then prepared into Al-Ti composite anticorrosive coating on low carbon steel surface via a thermocuring route.The optimized condition for preparing the Al-Ti composite anticorrosive coating was established.Results indicate that the optimized composition of the starting materials for preparing the water-borne paint is 1.9 ∶1.0 ∶3.1(Ti powder ∶Al powder ∶carboxyl-containing polymer),and the optimized temperature and time for thermocuring are 200 ℃ and 50 min respectively.As-prepared Al-Ti composite coating obtained under the optimized condition was dense,and was able to endure an impact force of 500 N·cm and neutral salt-spray for up to 480 h and above.Hopefully,the present approach may be used to partially replace currently applied Zn and Cd electroplating.
