摘 要:采用常规热处理工艺和亚温淬火工艺对20SiMn2MoV钢进行热处理,以研究亚温淬火对20SiMn2MoV钢低温韧度的影响。研究结果表明,亚温淬火工艺可使20SiMn2MoV钢获得板条马氏体+针状铁素体的组织,能有效地提高其低温韧度;亚温淬火温度在800~840℃时,随着淬火温度的升高,铁素体的形态由块状变为针状,材料的低温韧度得到提高;常规热处理工艺试样的低温韧度不满足API 8C标准要求,而采用预备热处理为900℃淬火、最终热处理为840℃淬火+200℃回火的亚温淬火工艺,可使材料的低温冲击韧度和拉伸性能均满足API 8C标准要求。To study the effect of subcritical quenching on the low-temperature toughness of the 20SiMn2MoV steel,the ordinary thermal treatment technology and the subcritical quenching technology were adopted to conduct the thermal treatment of the steel.The result shows that the subcritical quenching technology can make the steel obtain the texture of lath martensite plus acicular ferrite and can effectively improve the low-temperature toughness of the steel.When the subcritical quenching temperature falls between 800℃ and 840℃,the form of ferrite changes from massive to acicular and the low-temperature of the material can be improved with the increase of quenching temperature.The low-temperature toughness of the ordinary thermal treatment sample does not satisfy the requirement of the API 8C standard.However,when the subcritical quenching technology is adopted with preheat treatment being 900℃ quenching and final thermal treatment being 840℃ quenching plus 200℃ tempering,both the impact toughness and tensile performance of the material can satisfy the requirement of the API 8C standard.
