摘  要:为了保障空气钻井的正常钻进和井场安全,设计了基于无线通讯和总线技术的空气钻井随钻信息监测系统,建立了井下燃爆检测数学模型。系统采用工业级无线数据发送接收模块实现工业计算机和数据采集模块的数据交互,下位机通过485工业控制总线连接数据检测模块,通过无线传输模块实现现场数据的被动查询;上位机检测软件采用多传感器数据融合技术进行数据处理,有效地消除了信息模糊性和传感器不稳定对系统的影响。现场应用表明,系统能够及时发现油气层和预防可燃、有毒气体的泄漏,可进行井下出水、卡钻等事故的判别。To guarantee the normal drilling and wellsite safety of air drilling,the while-drilling information monitoring system based on wireless communication and bus technology was designed and the mathematical model of downhole deflagration detection was established.The system adopts the industrial-grade wireless data transmission and reception module to achieve the data interaction between industrial computer and data collection module.The lower computer connects with the data detection module through the 485 industrial control bus and achieves the passive inquiry of field data through the wireless transmission module.The detection software of the upper computer adopts the multi-sensor data fusion technology to process data.Thus,the effect of information fuzziness and sensor instability on the system was effectively eliminated.The field application shows that the system can discover the oil and gas formation and prevent leakage of combustible and poisonous gas.It can identify the downhole accidents,such as occurrence of water and drill pipe sticking.
