水平井液压投送器的研制与应用

摘　　要：针对常规液压投送器用于大斜度或者水平井段井下工具投送施工时,经常出现投球不到位,施工管柱不密封,致使施工无法进行的问题,研制了水平井液压投送器。该投送器是在常规液压投送器内设计1个液流旁通,同时配套1个在油管里能够控制的液压控制推球器。水平井井下工具投送施工时,在投入密封球的同时再投入配套的推球器,并通过地面液压推球器推动密封球通过水平井段被动到达球座位置,密封整个施工管柱,完成水平井段井下工具的投送。现场应用表明,该投送器配合投球器能够强制投入密封球密封管柱,顺利地完成了水平井井下工具的投送。When it is used to deliver downhole tools in highly deviated or horizontal sections,the ordinary hydraulic drop-in tool often cannot deliver the ball in place,the operating string is not sealed and thus operation cannot be conducted.Considering the problem the drop-in tool for horizontal well was developed.The tool was developed by designing a hydraulic bypass within the ordinary hydraulic drop-in tool,supported by a hydraulic control ball-pusher which can be controlled in tubing.When it is used to deliver downhole tools in horizontal wells,the seal ball is thrown in together with the matching ball-pusher.The ground hydraulic ball-pusher is used to push the seal ball to move through the horizontal section to arrive passively at the position of the ball seat so as to seal the whole operating string and complete the delivery of downhole tools in horizontal sections.The field application shows that the drop-in tool together with the ball-pusher can make a forced delivery of the seal ball to the seal string and thus successfully complete the delivery of downhole tools in horizontal wells.
