摘　　要：为满足2 000～2 800 m井深范围油气勘探开发的需要,研制了大庆-130型钻机的理想替代机型BE380L钻机。该钻机为机械统一驱动,采用液力传动、链条并车方案。井架为K型机械伸缩,采用低位安装、油缸起升方式;底座为旋升式结构,携井架油缸共升。预留丛式井移运装置和网电驱动接口。该钻机于2010年10—12月完成总装调试与型式试验,性能参数完全满足设计要求。在江汉油田钻了1口1 720 m的定向井,整机总体性能良好。但对试验中暴露出来的问题要进行整改,并对井架、底座进行优化设计。To meet the needs of oil and gas development with a well depth of 2,000 ～ 2,800 m,the BE380L drilling rig as an ideal replacement for Model Daqing-130 rig was developed.The rig is driven completely mechanically.It adopts hydraulic drive and chain-combined engine,and uses K-shaped telescoping derrick.And it is equipped with swing up substructure lifted together with the derrick cylinder.The connecting port for the cluster well transportation device and network electronic drive is reserved.The rig completed its assembly debugging and type test between October and December of 2010.Its performance parameters completely satisfy the design requirement.A 1,720 m well was drilled in Jianghan Oilfield by the new rig.The overall performance of the whole machine is desirable.
