摘  要:对同一海拔地区不同生长期牦牛的几项矿物质离子、总蛋白、尿素、尿素氮、总胆红素、直接胆红素含量和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(GOT)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(GPT)活性进行测定。结果表明,血清K与Na含量在年龄组间差异不显著(P>0.05);1日龄和1月龄血清Ca含量显著高于6月龄和成年组,1月龄血清Fe含量显著高于其他年龄组(P<0.05);1日龄血清总蛋白显著低于其他年龄组(P<0.05);尿素、尿素氮、直接胆红素与总胆红素1日龄显著高于其他年龄组(P<0.05);ALP、GOT随年龄的增长呈递减趋势(P<0.05)。结论:牦牛血液中生化参数与其年龄有一定的相关性。For the same altitude area yak, The contents and activities of several ions, total protein, urea, urea nitrogen, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin levels and Alkaline phosphatase (ALP), Aspartate amino transferase (GOT),Alanin amino transferase (GPT) was measured in yak of various ages. Serum K^1+ and Na^1+ was no significant difference in yak of various ages (P 〉0.05),serum Ca^2+ in 1-day-old and i-monthold yak was significantly higher than the 6-month-old and adult group (P 〈0.05), serum Fe^2+ in 1-monthold yak was significantly higher than than of other age groups. The content of protein in 1-day-old was significantly lower than than of other age groups (P 〈0.05). urea, urea nitrogen, total direct bilirubin and bile Red-l-day-old was significantly higher than than of other age groups (P 〈0.05) ;The results indicated that the activities of ALP,GOT in serum was decrease gradually from 1-day-old to adult yak( P 〈0.05). The activities of GPT in 6-month-old was significantly higher than than of other age groups (P 〈0.05). There was relationship between biochemical parameters and the Yak of various ages.
