摘  要:目的:探讨三甲医院开展优质护理服务前后老年病员满意度和感受的变化情况。方法:采用某三级甲等医院的"病员满意度调查表",于开展优质护理服务前后分别对医院开展优质护理服务的4个病房随机抽取的40名老年病员进行问卷调查,并收集开展前后病人在意见本上的留言。结果:病员满意度较高,开展后比开展前总体提高2.5%,具体条目增加0%~10.0%。结论:开展优质护理服务,可提高病员的满意度;老年病人对开展优质护理服务感受极深,提示对需要更多日常生活照护的老年病员应长期提供更为细致的优质的关怀护理服务。Objective To study the old patients' satisfaction before and after implementing quality nursing services in a grade three and first-class hospital. Methods 40 cases of old patients aged over 65 years old were randomly sampled and surveyed with questionnaire on patients' satisfaction before and after implementing quality nursing services. And patients ' opinions before and af- ter implementing quahty nursing services were collected. Results The old patients had higher satisfaction on nursing services after implementing quality nursing services. Conclusion It can increase the patients ' satisfaction to implement quality nursing services. The old patients who need more daily life care should be provided more long-term careful quality nursing services.
