摘  要:随着锂离子电池技术的不断成熟,锂电池已经逐步成为小型机器人的主要动力来源。为了在保证安全的情况下对锂电池进行最大程度的充电,提出了一种智能锂电池组充电器的设计。介绍了平衡充电单元系统的原理、组成和整体结构;详细论述恒流充电单元的功能和内部结构,以及处理器在数据采集和控制量输出等方面的设计;最后提出了智能充电器在软件功能规划方面的具体设计,给出了软件流程图。With the development of lithium battery technology, lithium battery has gradually become a main driving force of small robots. In order to charge the lithium battery at the greatest degree in consideration of safety, an intelligent design of lithium battery charger was put forward. In this paper, the principle of equilibrium charging unit was introduced as well as its frame construction; the function and internal structure of constant current charging unit were discussed in detail; the design of processor in data collection and output control were described; the software flowchart was given; the concrete design in software function programming of lithium battery was proposed in the end.
