摘 要:主要研究了铝合金基体上电镀铅锡合金的工艺条件,铝合金板栅的制造,以及电镀铝合金板栅作为阀控式铅酸电池负极板栅的可行性。目的在于开发出一种铝基轻型板栅,用于铅酸蓄电池中以减轻电池的质量,提高电池的质量比能量。对铝基电镀铅锡合金(包括纯铅)板栅作为负极板栅的阀控式铅酸蓄电池进行了初步的性能测试,测试结果表明,铝基轻型板栅能在一定程度上提高铅酸蓄电池的质量比能量、高倍率放电性能和低温放电性能。The technical conditions of Pb-Sn alloy deposited on aluminum, the foundry method of aluminum alloy light-type grid and the possibility of aluminum alloy light-type grid for valve-regulated lead-acid batteries were mainly studied in this article. A light-type grid material for lead-acid batteries, which was developed in the present work, was to reduce the weight of the batteries, so the specific energy could be promoted. Innovatively, the aluminum alloy light-type grid was used as the cathode of the valve-regulated lead-acid batteries. Furthermore, the performance of the batteries was tested firstly. The results indicate that the specific energy, high rate discharging performance and the function of low temperature, compared to the traditional grid, were increased by this light-grid in a certain degree. So, the aluminum alloy light-type grid could replace the traditional grid.
