摘  要:铅酸蓄电池的内阻是反映铅酸蓄电池性能的重要参数,准确测量铅酸蓄电池的内阻对于分析铅酸蓄电池组的性能非常重要。大容量铅酸蓄电池的内阻非常小,单块大容量铅酸蓄电池的内阻约为几十微欧,常规方法难以准确测量。分析对比了几种蓄电池内阻测量方法,提出适合大容量铅酸蓄电池组内阻的测量方法——瞬间直流放电法,并设计了大容量铅酸蓄电池组内阻测量装置,通过理论分析和大量试验验证了此方法的正确性。The internal resistance of lead-acid battery is an important parameter to reflect the battery performance, so it is necessary to measure accurately. But the internal resistance of a high capacity lead-acid battery is too small to accurately determine. Several methods for measuring the internal resistance were compared, and the suitable method, the instantaneous DC discharge method, was proposed. The internal resistance testing equipment for high capacity lead-acid battery was designed. The theoretical analysis and a large number of experiments prove the correctness of the method.
