摘　　要：一项针对全国8省份40家医院调查结果显示:有14.9%的护士称2009年发表过第一作者专业论文,有61.0%的护士称当前我国护理类期刊论文质量"一般",有12.7%的护士认为"好"。护士群体要加强自身的科研能力,同时课题资助部门要适度增加专项的护理科研课题,医疗机构要鼓励、支持护士参与课题研究。相关部门应重视护士论文特别是护理伦理类论文写作能力的培养。Data from an investigation from 40 hospitals in 8 provinces show that 14.9% of investigated nurses had one or more theses published in which they work as the first author in the year 2009. 61.0% of them held the current quality of theses from academic journals in nursing field as ＂just so so＂, while 12.7% regard those theses as ＂excellent＂. The nursing group should strengthen their capacity of scientific research. Meanwhile, research program funding institutes should moderately increase the special fund for nursing sclentlfic research, and medical institutes encourage and support nurses＇s involvement in the program research. Concerned authorities should attach adequate attention to the cultication of nurses＇ability in thesis writing,especially in the academic field of nursing ethics.
