摘　　要：根据当前医学院校医德教育中存在的问题,通过加强医德课教学改革、医学生自身医德践行能力培养、校园文化建设、实习生职业道德素质养成和医德教育管理等措施,对学生进行职业理想、职业道德、职业法规、职业能力的教育,这将对培养医术精湛、医德高尚的高素质医学人才有着重要的意义。According to the problems in the current medical ethics education, the author proposed to enforce the course reform in medical ethics education, the practices and actions of students＇ medical ethics training, the construction of campus cultures, the formation of trainees ＇ occupational ethics qualities, and the managements of medical ethics education. Targeted teaching contents include the occupational ideals, professionalism, laws and regulations, and professional abilities, in order to cultivate high -quality medical talents with consummate medical skills and lofty medical ethics.
