摘　　要：本文应用固定效应面板数据模型对中国八大陶瓷产区整体和细分陶瓷行业的产业集群绩效及其影响因素进行了实证分析,研究结果表明:中国陶瓷产业集群,不论整体还是细分,绩效都比较低,这主要是因为目前中国陶瓷产业集群大都仍处于集聚阶段,创新能力还有待进一步提高;资产总额、新产品产值率和工业增加值对陶瓷产业集群绩效起显著的正相关作用,说明产业集聚程度、创新能力和产出能力是影响中国陶瓷产业集群绩效的关键因素;在中国陶瓷产业集群的发展过程中,不同类型的细分陶瓷产业集群绩效的影响因素有较大差异,体现出明显的行业发展特点。应将完善陶瓷产业集群发展模式、推进集群创导和促进陶瓷产业集群升级策略融入到提升中国陶瓷产业集群绩效的政策制定之中。This paper carried out an empirical research on the performance and its influence factors of the China＇s main eight ceramic industry clusters from the overall and subdivision of ceramics industry level with fixed effect panel data model, and the results of the study shows that： China＇s ceramics industry clusters, both whole and segments, their performance is at a lower level, which reason is that China＇s ceramic industry is still in cluster primary stage, and its innovation ability need be further improved; The value of total assets, the proportion of new products value to total products and value added of industry play a significant positive correlation function to the performance of ceramic industry cluster, which embodies that the degree of industrial agglomeration, the innovation ability and the productive capacity are key factors to the performance of China＇s ceramic industry clusters; Furthermore, it is quite different that influence factors various from type of ceramics industry segments during the process of China＇s ceramic industry clusters＇ development, which manifests obvious different characteristics of the development of the industry. In the policy making process of development of China＇s ceramic industry clusters, it should be fully considered that the ways to perfect development mode, to promote cluster initiative and upgrade ceramic industry clusters.
