荣誉守则对大学图书馆道德管理方法的启示

摘　　要：介绍了美国大学荣誉守则的概况,列举了美国10所大学荣誉守则中有关图书馆使用的条款,并归纳出特点。最后,借鉴荣誉守则的理念及实施过程,从道德制度化、道德唤起及在道德方法应用于图书馆管理实践3个方面做出思考。The article introduces the general situation of honor code in American universities. It enu- merates the content about the library use in the honor code of ten universities in America and sums up the characteristics. Ultimately referring to the idea in honor code and the course of implement it gives some thoughts on the institutionalization of moral, moral arousal and the implementation of management of morality in library.
