月见草油胶丸治疗高脂血症30例

摘　　要：本文收治年龄、病程相似的原发性高脂血症60例,随机分成2组,分别口服月见草油胶丸1.5gbid和降脂平1片tid共3mo。主要观察胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及β酯蛋白的数据变化。结果月见草油胶丸降血脂有效率为:TC88％、TG91％、β脂蛋白44％;降脂平为:TC30％、TG67％、β脂蛋白76％。说明月见草油胶丸在降低TC及TG方面明显优于降脂平组(P<0.05)。月见草油胶丸停药后,血脂无明显回升,部分病例血脂继续下降,而且不良反应小,是降血脂很有前途的新药,值得推广应用。Sixty patients suffering from primary hyperlipidemia were divided equally into 2 groups at random.Their ages and courses of disease were similar. One group received capsules of Oenothera biennise oil 1.5 g bid for 3 mo The other group received calcium clofibrate compound 0.2 g(l pill) for 3 mo tid to serve as control, Improvement was determined according to their blood cholesterol, tri-glycerides and lipoprotein, had the efficacy of the above items turned to be 88%, 91% and 44% respectively, the control group were 30%, 67% and 76% respectively. Oenothera biennise oil, therefore, is superior to the control with the exception of lipoprotein. In addition, it had no significant rebound in blood lipoids after its withdrawal and gaye very mild adverse reactions.
