摘  要:清洁工艺的建立并不总是新技术的发明,而往往是新技术和已有技术的正确筛选与合理组合。本文总结了NaOH-Na2S复碱浸出体系、2次沉钼和离子膜电解回收碱的3个工艺试验,与其他常规技术相组合,建立了彩钼铅矿的清洁提取工艺模式。在工业试验中表现了低消耗、低污染、高回收率,较好地实现了经济效益、社会效益与环境效益的统一,并通过具体过程诠释了清洁生产的基本理念和建立清洁工艺的思路。The establishment of extraction-separation cleaner process is not always the invention of new technology,but is the proper selection and combination of new technology and existing technology.The three processes testing results of the extraction system of NaOH-Na2S mixed alkaline,secondary sedimentation of Mo and recycling of NaOH by ion-exchange membrane electrolyzation were summarized.Combining with other conventional techniques,the mode of extraction-separation cleaner process of wulfenite was established.It manifested low consumption,low pollution,high coefficient of recovery and well achieved the unification of economic benefit,social benefit and environmental benefit during the industrial tests and also it interpreted the basic concepts of cleaner production and the way to establish cleaner production.
