摘  要:采用马弗炉焙解八钼酸铵得到亚微米级三氧化钼。考察了焙解温度、时间及搅拌对八钼酸铵焙解完全程度的影响。结果显示,有搅拌的情况下,八钼酸铵完全焙解的最低温度为300℃,在此温度下完全焙解时间为3 h;温度升高有利于缩短焙解时间,400℃只需30 m in即可焙解完全且不需搅拌,温度高于450℃会出现升华现象;分析相同温度下八钼酸铵焙解升温过程的失重曲线与热重分析结果,发现试验所得到的失重曲线与热重分析结果基本一致。Sub-micron molybdenum trioxide was prepared by baking ammonium octamolybdate in Muffle furnace.Baking temperature,time,stirring were investigated on the extent of ammonium octamolybdate.Experiment results reveal that the lowest full-baking temperature is 300 ℃ with stirring,full-baking time is 3 hours in this temperature;Elevating temperature is beneficial to reduce the baking time,but there will be sublimation phenomenon more than 450 ℃;Then,the weight loss curves of ammonium octamolybdate baking process and thermogravimetric analysis results were compared in the same temperature.The result showed that the weight loss curves obtained by experiments were consistent with thermogravimetric analysis.
