摘  要:将载体硅胶热活化后采用抽真空的方法进行预处理,并在一定的真空度下使甲基铝氧烷和茂金属溶液吸入至其孔道及细孔内,再经过滤、洗涤、抽干等后处理过程制备出负载茂金属催化剂。考察了热活化温度、预处理真空度、预处理时间、负载真空度等制备工艺条件对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,在载体硅胶热活化温度为600℃、预处理真空度不低于0.075 MPa、预处理时间为15 min、负载真空度为0.065 MPa的优化条件下,所制备催化剂的催化活性(每克催化剂上所得聚合物的千克数)达6.300,所得聚合物的形态优良。The silica gel -supported metallocene thermally activated and pretreated under vacuum condition,and then the mixture solution of methylaluminoxane and metallocene catalyst was inhaled into the pore path of the carrier at a certain vacuum degree. At last, the supported catalyst was filtered, washed and dried. The effects of thermal activation temperature, pretreatment vacuum degree, pretreatment time, supporting vacuum degree on properties of the catalyst were studied. The results showed that the activity of the prepared catalyst ( kilograms of the obtained polymer per gram of catalyst ) reached 6. 300 ,the appearance shape of the polymer product was good under the optimal condition of the thermal activation temperature 600 ℃, pretreatment vacuum degree no less than O. 075 MPa, pretreatment time 15 min and supporting vacuum degree 0. 065 MPa.
