摘 要:以八尺门连续刚构桥为背景,结合其健康监测系统,探讨监测数据处理和安全性评估通常值、限值确定方法。基于健康监测进行该桥有限元模型动力修正和模型验证,得到该桥基准有限元模型;利用基准有限元模型确定桥梁安全性评估安全阈值。结果表明:该桥监测系统能满足桥梁健康监测和安全评估基本需要,基于健康监测长期统计通常值确定方法和基于基准有限元模型的安全阈值确定方法可为健康监测系统设定安全预警值提供依据,满足桥梁安全性评估要求。The emphasis of bridge health monitoring should be placed on safety alarming. The Bachimen Bridge, a continuous rigid-frame bridge, was selected as the engineering background in this paper. Firstly, the structural health monitoring of the Bridge was briefly introduced. Secondly, the methods of monitoring data processing and determination of normal limit values of safety assessment were investigated. Furthermore, dynamic updating of the finite element model was conducted on the basis of structural health monitoring, and the baseline finite element (FE) model of the Bridge was then established and verified. Finally, the safety threshold values of safety assessment of the Bridge were determined using the baseline FE model. Conclusions are drawn from monitoring and FE analysis as follows: The health monitoring system of the Bridge can meet the basic requirements of bridge health monitoring and safety assessment; the methods for determination of normal limit values based on long-term health monitoring and safety threshold values based on the baseline FE model can provide scientific basis for setting of the safety alarming values of the bridge health monitoring system.
