新型环保生物工程复合肥对绿芦笋产量及品质的影响

摘  要:2009年3~6月,在河北科技师范学院试验农场,以2年生绿芦笋为材料,研究了不同浓度新型环保生物工程复合肥对绿芦笋产量及营养品质的影响。本试验采用完全随机试验设计,设置6个处理,浓度分别为0(T1),200mg/kg(T2),400mg/kg(T3),600mg/kg(T4),800mg/kg(T5),1000mg/kg(T6),4次重复。试验结果表明,新型环保生物工程复合肥能显著提高绿芦笋的总产量,T4较对照提高了44.6%,合格笋产量较对照提高48.5%。改善绿芦笋的品质,T4的绿芦笋中叶绿素a含量是对照含量的2.25倍,叶绿素b含量是对照含量的1.52倍,类胡萝卜素含量是对照含量的2.70倍。提高蛋白质含量方面,T4与对照相比提高了34.84%。Vc含量方面,T4与对照相比提高了49.86%。T4处理的芦丁含量在各时期均有提高,与对照相比提高了47.02%。综合经济效益和产量品质效益,T4处理为最佳施用浓度。In this paper, the effects of different amount of humic acid fertilizer on yield and nutrient quality of green As- paragus were studied in the farm of Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology from March to June in 2009. The experiment was designed randomly. In six treatments, the concentration are 0(T 1), 200 mg/kg(T2), 400 mg/kg(T3), 600 mg/kg(T4), 800 mg/kg(T5), 1000 mg/kg(T6). The results showed that the yield and qualified rate of green aspara- gus were increased with amount of humic acid fertilizer increasing during the harvesting time. In T4 and T5 treatment, the yield was increased by 44.6% and 42.5%, and qualified rate was increased by 48.5% and 45.9%, respectively. And the nutrient quality of green Asparagus was increased. In T4 and T5 treatment, the contents of chlorophyll a and b, and carotenoid were all increased, too. In T4, T5 and T6 treatment, the content of soluble protein were increased by 34.84%, 36.18% and 35.39%, respectively. In T4 and T5 treatment, Vc content was increased by 49.86% and 29.18%, and rutin content was increased by 47.02% and 43.30%, respectively. In conclusion, 600 mg/kg was the best application concentration.
