摘  要:在弱碱性条件下,添加不同用量的Na_2SiO_3和Na_2SO_3碎浆,研究这两种化学药品对旧新闻纸中的油墨以及胶黏物去除的影响,并与碱性条件下的脱墨效果进行比较。结果表明,在弱碱性条件下,在碎浆阶段,Na_2SiO_3对油墨的剥离作用比Na_2SO_3的要好;但在浮选阶段,Na_2SO_3的脱墨效果比Na_2SiO_3的脱墨效果好。从胶黏物的去除方面看,Na_2SO_3用量的改变没有导致胶黏物去除量发生较大的波动,而Na_2SiO_3用量的改变却引起胶黏物去除量发生较大的波动,当用量均为2%时,胶黏物浓度的去除率最大。碱性条件下,虽然在白度、胶黏物方面表现效果好,但是浮选脱墨效率低于Na_2SO_3的脱墨效果。总体来看,碱性脱墨还是有一定的优势;在弱碱性条件下,使用Na_2SiO_3的脱墨效果优于使用Na_2SO_3的脱墨效果。This study invested the influence of different chemicals on the removal of ink and sticldes in the ONP pulp under weakly alkaline condition, and contrast with effects under alkaline conditions. The research showed that under alkaline condition, Na2SiO3 had better deinking efficiency than Na2SO3 in the pulp progress. However, in the floating progress, the results was just opposite. As regards the removal efficiency of stickles, the two chemicals had the best efficiency when their amount was 0.2%. Under alkaline conditions, brightness and stickles had better effects than under weakly alkaline conditions, but deinking efficiency is worse than Na2SO3 in the pulp process. Totally speaking, it has more advantages than in weakly alkaline conditions; Na2SiO3 had better deinking efficiency than using Na2SO3 in weakly alkaline conditions.
