摘　　要：大学生就业思想政治教育工作模式,是把包括职业观教育、职业道德教育、职业法律教育和就业观教育在内的大学生就业思想政治教育工作的内容,通过课堂教育和实践教育等形式,分阶段有步骤推进的系统工程,应当充分尊重和发挥大学生在就业思想政治教育工作中的主体地位,充分发挥学校教育、家庭教育和社会教育的合力,营造大学生就业思想政治教育工作的良好氛围。Ideological and political education model of graduate employment is a great system which includes the concept of career education,professional ethics education,vocational education,legal education and employment outlook of university graduates.This systematic project is conducted step by step through classroom education and practical education.Students should be fully respected and play dominant roles in the porcess,while family education and social education should work together to create a good atmosphere for the employment ideological and political education of university graduates.
