摘  要:针对某保护性建筑物的修缮和改建,提出一系列稳定和加固措施,既保持建筑外观造型,又实现对其内部结构的现代化改建和加固。介绍该工程的墙体支撑设置方法、支撑与墙体以及新建结构与旧墙体的连接方法、施工安全措施和施工顺序,指出钢构件的稳定性是控制支撑的关键因素。在整个施工过程中建筑外墙没有出现失稳、倾斜等破坏现象,证明所提改建和加固方法有效。Aiming at remedy and rebuild of the protective buildings, a series of measures for stabilization and reinforcement, which not only maintain the exterior but rebuild and reinforce the internal structure of the buildings in modern ways, are proposed. The paper introduces setting of wall support, connecting means of support and the wall as well as the newly-built structure and the old wall, safety precautions in construction and sequence of construction, and it points out that stability of steel parts is the key to control the support. There were neither destabilization nor lurch in the whole construction, which verifies the effectiveness of the rebuild and reinforcement methods.
