原发性高血压与原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者心率变异性分析

摘　　要：目的分析原发性高血压与原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病患者心率变异性(HRV)的特点。方法采用24h动态心电图监测心率变异,比较原发性高血压(EH)组、EH合并2型糖尿病(2DM)组与健康体检组的HRV特点。结果 EH组和EH合并2DM组与对照组HRV时域比较参数差异均有统计学意义;EH合并2DM组与EH组HRV时域比较参数差异有统计学意义。结论高血压患者存在HRV降低,而高血压合并糖尿病患者HRV则进一步降低。动态心电图HRV的监测可判定高血压和高血压合并糖尿病患者的自主神经功能的损害,对疾病的预后判定有重要价值。Objective To investigate the characteristic of heart rate variability（HRV） of patients with hypertension or hypertension combining diabetes.Methods The heart rate variation was observed with continuously dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring.The HRV were compared in 26 cases of essential hypertension（EH）,28 cases of hypertension with diabetes and 30 healthy subjects.Results There were statistcal significance among hypertension group,hypertension with diabetes group and control group.There were statistcal significance among hypertension with diabetes group and hypertension group.Conclusion The HRV is reduced in patients with hypertension,The HRV is further reduced in patients of hypertension with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Dynamic electrocardiogram HRV surveillance can indentify the damage degree of heart vegetative nerve function in hypertension and hypertension associated with diabetes.
