米非司酮联合速力菲治疗子宫肌瘤术前贫血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察米非司酮联合速力菲治疗子宫肌瘤术前贫血的疗效。方法对38例子宫肌瘤经量过多合并中、重度贫血有明确手术指征的患者,在诊断性刮宫病理回示排除恶性病变后给予米非司酮12.5mg,1次/d,连续服用3个月,诱导闭经,同时服用速力菲(琥珀酸亚铁)100mg,3次/d,维生素C片0.2g,3次/d,叶酸10mg,3次/d升高血红蛋白。于治疗前及治疗后分别抽血化验肝肾功能及血常规,同时B超监测子宫肌瘤的体积大小。结果 38例患者在服药期间36例闭经,2例未闭经者经量亦明显减少。全部患者均在3个月左右血红蛋白升高到100 g/L以上,子宫肌瘤的体积明显缩小,安全施行子宫肌瘤剔除或全子宫切除术,无1例输血。结论小剂量米非司酮联合速力菲连续服用可明显减少月经量,诱导闭经,纠正贫血,避免输血,缩小子宫肌瘤的体积,有益于手术,是一种经济、安全、有效、的子宫肌瘤合并贫血的术前辅助用药。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of mifepristone combined with ferrous succinate to cure hysteromyoma with anemia before operation.Methods 38 patients of hysteromyoma with anemia and surgical indications whose vicious pathologic changes were eliminated by pathological analysis were treated by mifepristone（12.5mg/d）,ferrous succinate（100mg/d）,Vitc（200mg/d） and FA（10mg/d） for three months to induce amenorrhea and improve Hb.Blood routine,liver function and kidney function were detected in laboratory.Changes of size of hysteromyoma were observed by B ultrasonography.Results 36 patients were induced in respect of amenorrhea and others′ menstrual quantity was reduced.Hb rose to 100g/L.Size of hysteromyoma became smaller.No patient was dealt with blood transfusion in the process of operation.Conclusion Low-dose mifepristone can rectify anaemia and reduce the size of myoma.It will be a economical,safe and effective drug in the process of operation on hysteromyoma.
