摘　　要：目的探讨胰腺外瘘手术治疗的有效方法。方法回顾性总结12例胰瘘应用胰腺瘘管空肠Roux-en-y吻合的临床过程和结局。结果 12例无手术死亡,术后经过平稳并获临床治愈。未发生返流性感染、急性胰腺炎等严重并发症,消化功能得以恢复。结论胰腺瘘管空肠Roux-en-y吻合治疗胰外瘘简单安全有效。Objective To explore an effective operative method for external pancreatic fistula.Methods Clinical course and outcome of 12 patients with external pancreatic fistula undergoing Roux-en-y fistulojejunostomy were retrospectively reviewed.Results No case was dead during the operation,and all the cases restored their digestive function and achieved clinical healing after the operation.Neither acute pancreatitis nor reflux infection occurred.Conclusion The external pancreatic fistulas can be cured by Roux-en-y fistulojejunostomy,which is simple,safe and effective.
