肿痛宁胶囊在预防髋关节置换术后静脉栓塞症中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨肿痛宁胶囊在预防人工髋关节置换术后静脉栓塞症中的作用。方法本组130例人工髋关节置换术患者,其中男性60例,女性70例,年龄60～81岁,平均64.2岁。将患者随机分为治疗组(66例)和对照组(64例)。对照组患者术后静滴低分子肝素钠6250 U,1次/6 h,疗程7 d。治疗组在对照组治疗方案基础上,服用肿痛宁胶囊,0.4 g次/,3次/d,5 d一疗程,用药2个疗程。结果治疗组的深静脉血栓发生率为1.5%(1/66),对照组为12.5%(8/64),两组比较有显著性差异。对照组发生消化道出血6例,经内科对症治疗好转;治疗组无并发症发生。结论肿痛宁胶囊对人工髋关节置换术后静脉栓塞症有较好的预防作用,而且价格低廉,无明显毒副作用。Objective To investigate the preventative role of the Zhongtongning capsule on venous embolism after hip replacement.Methods All of the 130 patients（60 males,70 females;60 to 81 years,64.2 years on average）who would undergo total hip replacement were randomly divided into treatment group（66 cases）and control group（64 cases）.After the surgery,the patients in the control group received intravenous infusion of 6250 units of low molecular weight heparin once every 6 h for 7 d.Based on the same treatment of the control group,the treatment group was given Zhongtongning capsule at 0.4 g every time and 3 times daily for two courses of treatment（5 d as a course）.Results The incidences of deep vein thrombosis in the treatment group and the control group were 1.5%（1/66）and 12.5%（8/64）,respectively,which had a significant difference（P〈0.05）.In the control group,gastrointestinal bleeding occurred in 6 cases and was improved after the symptomatic treatment.However,no complications occurred in the treatment group.Conclusion The Zhongtongning capsule plays an obvious role in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis after total hip replacement.Moreover,it is of low price and no obvious side effects.
