单期CT血管造影诊断脑静脉性血管瘤的可行性探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨单期CT血管造影(CTA)检查对诊断脑静脉性血管瘤(CVA)的可行性及优势。方法选取我院5例CVA患者,其中男3例,女2例;年龄23～47岁,平均35岁。4例表现为搏动性头痛,1例无明显症状、体征。根据容积成像(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)及多平面重组(MPR)等对脑内主要血管显示情况进行评估。结果 CTA显示病变位于幕上4例,幕下1例,均可见典型的"水母头"样异常血管影。结论脑静脉性血管瘤临床表现无特异性,CTA对诊断脑静脉性血管瘤有特异性,并具有操作简便、经济、安全等优点。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and advantage of CT angiography（CTA） in the diagnosis of cerebral venous angioma.Methods CT angiography was performed in 5 cases with cerebral venous angioma from our hospital（3 males,2 females;aged 23~47,average 35）.Of these cases,4 were with pulsatile headache and one was with no symptoms or signs.MIP,MPR and VR were used to evaluate the manifestations of main vessels in the brain.Results On CTA imaging,all lesions and the typical ＂caput medusae＂ sign could be manifested.Conclusion CTA is a reliable and effective approach in the diagnosis cerebral venous angioma and is worth clinical application.
