摘  要:目的评估无锡市糖尿病患者合并皮肤病的流行情况,分析发病的相关危险因素。方法将676例2型糖尿病患者分为有皮肤病组和无皮肤病组,对皮肤病发病的相关危险因素进行统计学分析。结果糖尿病合并皮肤病的患病率为78.6%,其中感染性皮肤病患病率最高,为55.9%,其余依次为糖尿病密切相关的皮肤病(33.1%)、其他皮肤病(12.7%)、糖尿病治疗药物相关的皮肤病(0.4%)。皮肤病组患者的年龄、糖尿病病程及高血压、冠心病、周围神经病变、视网膜病变的发生率均显著高于无皮肤病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组的糖化血红蛋白、性别构成、家族史、体质指数、血脂水平间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论皮肤病是糖尿病的常见合并症,以感染性皮肤病为主;糖尿病合并皮肤病可能与长期的代谢紊乱及微血管病变有关。Objective To evaluate the prevalence of skin diseases among diabetes patients in Wuxi and to analyze the correlative factors of skin diseases. Methods Cutaneous findings in 676 inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were classified and statistical analysis was conducted on prevalence and probable risk factors of skin disorders in these patients. Results The o- verall prevalence of skin disorders in diabetic patients was 78. 6%, among which infectious skin diseases were the most frequent (55.9%), followed by skin diseases with strong associations with diabetes mellitus (33.1%), other skin diseases (12. 7% ), and skin reactions to anti- diabetic drugs (0. 4% ) . Age, duration of diabetes, incidence rates of hypertension, coronary ar- tery diseases, peripheral neuropathy and retinopathy were significantly higher in patients with skin disorders than in those without (P 〈0. 05) . No significant difference was found in HbA1c level, gender, family history, BMI and blood lipid levels between the two groups (P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Skin diseases, mainly infectious dermatosis, are common among diabetic patients and may be correlated with chronic metabolic disturbance and microangiopathy.
