摘　　要：甲状腺激素是人体一种重要的激素。甲状腺激素类似物的研发旨在获得该激素有益作用的同时,将副作用降至最低。本文综述了近年来有关甲状腺激素类似物之一的3,5-二碘甲状腺丙酸(3,5-d iiodothyroprop ionicacid,D ITPA)的一些研究进展。Thyroid hormones are important to the human body. Thyroid hormone analogs are being developed and tested in an effort to identify compounds that promote desirable effects while minimizing undesirable effects of thyroid hormones. This pa- per reviews the recent progress in research of the thyroid hormone analog 3, 5 - diiodothyropropionic acid （DITPA） .
