慢性病患者生命质量测定量表体系之支气管哮喘量表的考评

摘　　要：目的对慢性病患者生命质量测定量表体系之支气管哮喘(QLICD-BA)量表的测量学特性进行考评。方法用QLICD-BA量表对100例支气管哮喘患者治疗前后分别进行调查,从而对量表的信度、效度和反应度进行评价。结果除躯体功能、特异模块外,QLICD-BA量表有较好的重测信度;除特异模块外,该量表的内部一致性系数α、分半信度均在0.8以上;相关分析显示该量表有较好的结构效度和效标效度(SF-36为效标);该量表可以测出患者治疗前后各领域的生命质量变化。结论 QLICD-BA量表具有较好的信度、效度、反应度,可以作为我国哮喘患者生命质量的测评工具。Objective To analyze the psychometrics of Quality of Life Instruments for Chronic Diseases-Bronchial Asthma（QLICD-BA）.Methods A hundred inpatients were measured by QLICD-BA before and after treatment to evaluate the validity,reliability and responsiveness of the scale.Results The results showed that test-retest reliability was good except for physical function and specific module;except for specific module,the coefficients of internal consistency were above 0.80 and split-half reliability were above 0.8.Correlation analyses showed good construct validity and criterion related validity when SF-36 was defined as the criterions.The scale had the capability to detect clinical changes caused by treatment.Conclusion QLICD-BA is of good validity,reliability and responsiveness;QLICD-BA can be used to assess quality of life among patients with bronchial asthma.
