摘　　要：目的观察干细胞循经穴位法移植治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法沿双下肢经络走行路线及双侧腓肠肌网状选择移植点,循经穴位加倍移植数量。结果所有患者足病变均在3个月内愈合,疼痛、冷感等明显改善,双下肢感觉神经传导速度、双下肢踝肱指数较治疗前明显提高。结论循经穴位法移植可显著提高临床治疗效果。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of stem cell point transplantation following meridian method on diabetes foot.Methods：The transplantation point were chosen following the meridian location of lower extremity and gastrocnemius.The number of transplantation was double in the channel location.Results：All symptoms healed in 3 months.The pain,the cold and so on were improved obviously.The double lower limb sensory nerve conduction velocity and the double lower limb malleolus brachium index were improved significantly.Conclusion：Transplantation following meridian method may obviously enhance the clinical care effect.
