参龙健脑胶囊对脑缺血大鼠模型海马CGRP表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨参龙健脑胶囊对脑缺血损伤大鼠脑组织海马区降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)表达的影响。方法用结扎双侧颈总动脉制备缺血性脑损伤大鼠模型,造模成功后随机分为假手术组、模型组、脑复康组及参龙脑胶囊高、低剂量组。灌胃28d后,应用免疫组织化学染色法观察CGRP在缺血脑损伤大鼠海马区的表达。结果与模型组相比,参龙健脑胶囊组大鼠海马区CGRP表达增加。结论参龙健脑胶囊对缺血性脑损伤的保护作用与其促进脑组织CGRP表达密切相关。Objective：To explore the effects of ShenlongJiannao Capsule on the expression of calcitonin gene related peptide（CGRP） in hippocampus of cerebral ischemia rats.Methods：Cerebral ischaemia animal models established by ligation of bilateral carotid arteries were divided randomly into the sham-operation group,the model group,the Piracetam group and the Shenlongjiannao Capsule high dose group and the Shenlongjiannao Capsule low dose group.After 28 days,the CGRP was detected by the histochemical staining method in the hippocampus of cerebral ischemia.Results：Compared with the model group,the CGRP of the Shenlongjiannao Capsule group was increased.Conclusion：The protective effect of Shenlongjiannao Capsule may be related to its CGRP expression increase.
