摘  要:采用浸渍法、共沉淀法和沉淀沉积法分别制备了Ni-Ti-O/SiO_2催化剂,并对催化剂进行了XRD、UV-Vis和吡啶吸附FTIR表征;在紫外灯照射下,考察了Ni-Ti-O/SiO_2催化剂制备方法对其光催化甲醇与CO_2羰基化反应性能的影响;同时考察了不同载体(活性炭、Al_2O_3和SiO_2)对Ni-Ti-O催化剂性能的影响。实验结果表明,以SiO_2为载体、采用浸渍法制备的Nj-Ti-O/SiO_2催化剂的物相结构为无定形结构,光吸收性能较好,反应体系中羰基化产物(甲酸甲酯、碳酸二甲酯和乙酸甲酯)的选择性较高;吡啶吸附FTIR表征结果显示,催化剂表面存在L酸中心,浸渍法制备的Ni-Ti-O/SiO_2催化剂表面L酸含量比其他催化剂高,L酸中心的存在是改善催化剂性能的重要因素。Ni-Ti-O/SiO2 composite catalysts were prepared by impregnation, coprecipitation and precipitation deposition methods, and characterized by means of XRD, UV-Vis and pyridine adsorbed FTIR. The carbonylation of methanol with CO2 under UV irradiation was used as a probe reaction to investigate the photocatalytic activities of the prepared catalysts. The effects of activated carbon, A1203 and SiO2 supports on the catalyst performance in the carbonylation were studied. The results indicated that the SiO2 supported Ni-Ti-O catalyst prepared by impregnation was amorphous and had good light absorbency. The catalyst exhibited high selectivities to carbonylation products (methyl formate, dimethyl carbonate and methyl acetate). Pyridine adsorbed FTIR result showed that Lewis acid sites were formed on the surface of the catalysts, and the Lewis acid amount on the Ni-Ti-O/SiO2 prepared by impregnation was the highest among the prepared catalysts, which was an important factor affecting the catalyst performance.
