摘　　要：对中国石油广西石化公司900 kt/a芳烃抽提装置的设计和标定数据进行了对比分析。标定结果表明,标定原料中苯和甲苯含量超出设计范围,使苯-甲苯分离单元操作上限弹性达到115%,烯烃摩尔分数达0.94%,装置仍运行平稳,各项技术指标达到或超过合同规定值,产品质量均超过国标优级品指标,装置标定能耗低于42.81 kg/t的设计能耗。这些均表明,装置设计合理,具有较强的原料适应性。Design and evaluation data for the Guangxi Petrochemical Company were contrasted 900 kt/a aromatics extraction unit of Petrochina and analyzed.
