摘　　要：《侵权责任法》第87条统一了高楼抛坠物损害责任,即由可能造成损害的建筑物使用人给予补偿。《侵权责任法》第87条还明确了该类侵权责任的适用原则,避免了司法实践适用上的混乱,使学校在对学生的教育管理中有了明确的法律规范加以适用,从而能更好地引导、预防、规范大学生(已成年)避免此类侵权行为的再度发生。The promulgation and implementation of Tort Law unify liability for damage of throwing things and falling objects.Colleges and universities in the education management have clear legal norms to be applied,so it can better guide,prevent,standard college students（grown-up） for the tort not happening again.This paper involves eighty-seven legislation meaning,responsibility elements and eighty-seven specifications apply to student behavior.It applies to the civil tort liability,at the same time,also applies to administrative responsibility and criminal responsibility.Fully grasp the main obligations and disclaimer reasons.
